loss of service no calls data or texts. 1st time was for 2 days and second time was for 2 days. told that 3g has been switched off and the second time its to do woth mast upgrades


loss of service no calls data or texts. 1st time was for 2 days and second time was for 2 days. told that 3g has been switched off and the second time its to do woth mast upgrades 

 

This is a major service failure. And was not notified about any issues or communication from ID mobile.   This is unacceptable and a breach of contract.  What am I paying for.

Nothing 2. Phone.  Which is 5G compatible and Post code is LU3 1QE.      The ID customer chat chap said they was working on the 5g mast so there would be no signal   but when I travelled to London the same issue.     So it wasn't just the 5G mast.    It's more of issue with ID mobile and network 3 poor service and not notifing customers to make them aware. And then calling it unplanned works.        Total service failure.

I can see your handset is approved for use with the iD Mobile service. 

Can you please confirm if you are experiencing the issues when attempting to use 5G? How is the service on 4G please?
