Can ID retrieve texts and call history lost after factory reset?Tried Dr Fone already.

Not a fix, but maybe next time if you have an android phone, get an app like sms backup+. it saves call and sms history to a connected Gmail account. Calls can even appear in your calendar, and you can see the text of your sms conversations in Gmail.
