Lost network coverage 2 days ago

I’ve been very happy with my internet coverage since I’ve been with iD, but 2 days ago I stopped being able to access the internet when out and about - unable to make meet-up arrangements on WhatsApp or use maps/bus locator apps. I can connect with my home internet or login to Wi-fi in restaurants etc. I’ve tried turning phone off and on again! Please advise.

Are you still experiencing issues? If so, I’d suggest trying a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET.
