Lost sim and can't log in to to cancel plan

Hi. I have a lost sim for a monthly rollover sim that I’m still paying for, but want to cancel. I do not have an id mobile account that has the plan linked to it, so I can’t cancel via the app or online. 

How can I cancel this?
