I have just joined ID Mobile.

I am unable to install the app on my phone as my phone is a Android that has been altered.

I have setup my voicemail mailbox and people have left me voicemail.

I am finding I can only listen to the first message and then it returns to the main menu.

I am unable to hear any further messages or unable to delete the first message by pressing 7.

Please advise
