I am having major issues with both my ID numbers in Central london. When i call or am on a call the person on the other end cannot hear me. this has been happening too often as when people call or i call them they cant hear me or it will start where they can hear me but in mid call they cant any longer. it is happening on both my numbers. This is not acceptable!

thank you for your reply. i have carried out all the checks and have not had services blocked due to non payment of the bill. i am still experiencing drop in voice call where the recipient is not able to hear me.

the issue is while i am on a call the other person has difficultly hearing me, they complain the voice keeps cutting out midst sentence. I have 2 lines (2 accounts) i experience the same issue on both the numbers. Also at times when people call me they cant seem to get through. As for mobile data it is temperamental at times. usually i put it on airplane mode and switch it back on it 90% of the time it seems to resolve itself

2 numbers on 2 different mobile devices.

its mainly been frustrating when recently i had to call the doctors surgery when after a long wait/hold, when finally i was attended to the  phone operator could not hear me, so i had to call back from another number (non ID mobile) and rejoin the queue.

its central london with strong 4g and 5g network reception according to network checker. the issue is more with phone signal not mobile data. when making or receiving voice calls the person on the other end has difficulty in hearing as it keeps getting cut or is muffled. this is happening on both my numbers on 2 separate phone devices. so its highly unlikely the phone units are at fault. both the phones were updated via ota update. so have followed all suggested recommendations on the id help site

As ID network has been a complete nightmare, I've ended my contract and moved to a more stable network. One that has actual people not "BOTS" or having to type my issues on a forum to get things resolved. Lessons learned.
