make or Recieve calls

Since switching to id mobile I can’t make calls, the day I was switched I could make calls but since I ported my number over I am now unable to make calls, please help 🤞

If further having issues, have you tried restarting your phone and resetting network settings please? 

 

Furthermore, have you checked your settings to ensure your phone number is showing correctly with the ported-in number?
