Making and receiving calls

I've been having trouble making and receiving calls for a few weeks now, even when I'm connected to WiFi. I have the latest update and have switched the phone off a few times too. Everything else is working fine.

I contacted an id advisor who talked me through resetting my network settings. I can now make and receive calls
