Massive issues with iPhone iMessaging

Good evening, 

 

I ported my number over to ID from EE and since this I have had no iMessage. I have tried two different Sim cards which work with iMessage immediately but the ported number doesn’t work. I’ve reset my Apple ID, my network settings (loads), turned iMessage off for 24 hours etc. Updated my phone. Does anyone have any issues to resolve this? It’s been eight days and incredibly frustrating.

Is the number you wanted to keep linked to an older iPhone in your iCloud devices, ​@N22

Have you tried deleting the iPhone with the iMessage problem from your iCloud devices?

Thank you for your quick response. I have deleted the account via iCloud.com and into the devices. I have done this, this evening and then have since restarted network settings etc but still no luck ​@andewhite. Also says that the number cannot be used for FaceTime or iMessage.

Have you tried a replacement SIM?

 

This can typically help with iMessage/FaceTime related issues when porting a number.
