Microsoft Authenticator calls not getting through

I have to use Microsoft Auth to log into Teams on my phone, however since switching to ID, I’m unable to receive the phone call from Microsoft to confirm the log in.

Any ideas?

I’m sorry to hear this, is it just these calls you’re unable to receive?

 

Is your bill cap at £0? If so, it may be worth raising it a little just to test that we aren’t pre-emptively blocking something we’d think is a chargeable call but actually isn’t.
