Pretty normal in the UK. This is why you get a 1 month contract so you can move easily if you don’t like it

Hi @Steve Maiden

As per the answer given by @MZone, every mobile phone service provider increases their costs every April unless you are on a fixed price deal.

This is outlined in the T&Cs when you purchased your plan.

For more information:-

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/price-increases

With regards to iD Mobile, only ‘SIM only’ plans do not incur yearly £ rises.

Hope this helps x

Hey there @Steve Maiden, sorry you feel this way.

RPI/CPI price increases are standard across most mobile networks and would’ve been agreed upon within your terms and conditions when taking out your contract.

Thanks,

Tyler
