I sent a member of my family a friend referral code that they used to set up an account with id mobile in Sep 2024.
however, neither of us have heard anything since and I have emailed uk-idmobile-queries@awin.com as mentioned on another post here but I have not received a response.
Please can someone in customer support at id mobile pick this up as I am concerned that this scheme is simply a marketing ploy with no actual incentives paid out, especially after reading another customer’s issues with being passed to giftcloud (whoever they are) and nobody seemingly taking ownership of the problem.
