Missing invoice for a new plan and phone.

Hi. I recently upgraded my plan and bought a phone, a Samsung Galaxy 25, as well. Unfortunately, I haven't received the invoice with the name of the phone, price and date of purchase. I would like to claim a Samsung tablet, and I have to provide an invoice. How can I get the invoice?

An invoice would usually be send around 14 days after your upgrade. 

When did you upgrade the service please?
