Ordered pixel buds, spoken to Live Chat 3 times, each time they've said a team has been contacted about it but there is no response. I feel like there's going to be no update then all of a sudden there is no stock left.

Nope, registered a complaint, 5 times and an hour and a half on live chat yesterday and sent a Samsung claim link. Even the link you've sent as per above says it will be dispatched with order.

Promotion is still running and I very much doubt 1900 Pixel 8a’s were sold in 3 days, other people have posted on here as well. Customer service didn’t have a clue, they kept sending me links to claim for £200 cashback on a Samsung S series -_-

Did you actually check or just presumed? Complain was registered, ID admitted fault and Pixel buds received a few days ago. Absolutely painful process and 4 hours of live chats and phone calls with complains team just to get it sorted.
