Missing promotional trade in

I signed up for 2 pixel phones in april , i received the trade in for the pixel 7s i traded in. So far i am missing the 200 promotional credit for both trade ins. 

Contacting support has resulted in radio silence. Is there anyone can help.

    Hi natalie.

     

    I did complete the forms yes. For both phones. 

    But i have had nothing
