Mobile app not working properly (cannot pay or too much delay)

Cannot top-up my number from Mobile App. Tried last month - unsuccessfully. ( Luckily have enough to pay for next month) Now, Already paid but information is not updated. Is ID mobile service going down?

Another way to access iD Mobile is to use the search engine on your device and go to the iD website. Once you are there then press the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and select ‘Add to Home screen’ (this is for Android). This way you will always be able to access the site.
Mobile apps are notorious for being poor and not working well so this is a much better way to ensure you can access everything you need in your account etc, whenever you need to.
