Mobile calls being forwarded to landline

Hello, we’ve had digital voice installed but if someone calls me on my mobile phone & I can’t answer the call the caller gets diverted to my landline phone number. How can I stop this? This has only happened since digital voice was installed. There is no call diversion/forwarding set up on my mobile phone. Thanks

Your landline and mobile are 2 separate products. The only way your mobile calls will divert to another number is if you set up call forwarding on your mobile to that number.

      Your landline and mobile are 2 separate products. The only way your mobile calls will divert to another number is if you set up call forwarding on your mobile to that number.

        I’d recommend checking your device settings, call forwarding is set up there.
