My latest bill was £68, normally £22 for the last 11 months, and my data usage is 97gb - normally 2gb. My phone as well if showing 2gb used. I and sure someone is hijacking my data.
Last month my PAC code was hacked and I got a new SIM, so I suspect they have found a way to use my data. But I cannot reach id to ask for help. Live chat had a queue of 113 minutes all day and kept cutting out every time my screen went to screen saver.
I have changed passwords, run play protection in the Google app store but can't seem to stop it. Help please, someone.
