How do I know what number is linked to my account? Basically I have a ID mobile with another sim card in, how do I find out what number my ID sim is?

Hi @CourtneyH1234, presumably you no longer have access to the iD Mobile SIM, is that right?

The number may still be printed on the original phone packaging, or any paperwork you received at the time.

If you can’t find this, just give the Live Chat team a shout and they’ll be able to access your account by taking some other details and then provide the mobile number.
