monthly bill increased by 5x

I don’t understand how my monthly contract has increased from £5 to £25?!

I’ve just upgraded to which recommended £6 for 20GB but app still showing next bill will be £25 - what’s going on??

Perhaps you got a new connection to the iD Mobile network, when you selected the which recommended iD £6/month with 25GB offer, not an upgrade for your existing connection, ​@elsharpe916
