monthly contract ending so how to change to sim only contract?


My monthly contract is ending soon. How do i change it to sim only contract?

If your iD contract’s minimum term has finished, just login to your iD app or your “My iD Account” online, and change to a SIM only plan, @Sofiahashmi

Hi thank you for your reply. I have gone there and only can see upgrade deals and not sim only!

The online iD Live Chat support team should be able to help you change/upgrade to SIM only plan, @Sofiahashmi

Try online from https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, then just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person”. 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Has your contracted period ended?

 

If not, you won’t see SIM only upgrades yet.

You’ll be able to check the iD Mobile app/website while logged in (after having registered).

But how long is the SIM only contract as I only want a monthly SIM only contract so if I decide to go back to a contract with handset then it will be easy whether it be with id mobile or if I change networks?
