I've been charged an extra 33p plus 7p vat amounting to 40p extra the explanation is monthly recurring charge & where it says UK the extra is there. It's not a great deal of money but I'd like to understand why & I do check your bill so far & it's not been mentioned when checking that.

Sounds like you may have connected to one of the following numbers, as these are charged at 40p a minute:

  • Numbers starting 01, 02, 03, numbers based in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man, calls to non-standard 07 numbers
