mothly reduction


I was told I'm chat I would receive money off my bill but I cannot see this, really unhappy with the help received.

I don't remember the name but it was Via chat to discuss a problem and a month refund was offered and accepted but last month and future months I see no refund of costs. I'm really not happy that I have to go through this again…

 

As explained I've been hit by a car and been in a coma and rep recovery for 5/6 months and this is the last thing I need

Hey there ​@Sukh_jatt, sorry to hear that.

 

When a credit is applied to your account, it doesn’t show via the iD Mobile app/website, it’ll only show on your bill(s) that it’s taken off.

 

How much credit was agreed for and for how many bills was it agreed for please?

 

Have you recevied your most recent bill, and can you confirm it’s not showing on there?

It was supposed to be the most recent bill will I have checked and fully paid so haven't received anything at the moment

Hey there ​@Sukh_jatt, was the bill that you’ve paid already created before you contacted us and the credit was promised please?

 

If so, then the credit would go towards the next invoice, as this invoice was already created and completed.

I had contracted before the bill was created... And when looking at future bills I can see nothing regarding a credit and just normalpnthly payment so confused, haven't even received confirmation I don't think

Payment is the first week of every month. Conversation took place before the most recent bill was created and paid for... Future bills also dont seem to show the credit so I am confused with what happens. I have no copy of conversation either or received and email conversation so I feel stuck as have nothing to show
