Moto G5 only given a "Recycle" value as a Trade-in against Pixel 8a upgrade - will I get the £150 cashback?

The title says it all, really - my Moto G5 works fine but is probably too old a model for any monetary value.

I don’t mind but I was wondering if I would still get the £150 cashback.

Anyone any ideas, or have been in the same position?

I’m sorry to hear this, devices would need to have a value to be eligible for the cashback offers.

Thank you for replying, @Kash. I’ve since folund out that “recycle” phones aren’t eligible for the cashback.
