Hello, I have bought a new iD contract and I'd like to transfer the number from my old iD sim to my new one but the iD app will not allow this as it is a PAC code from a sim of the same carrier. Other carriers seem to allow this. So can you please help me with this?

This cannot be done and no other major UK carrier allows this either (to my knowledge). You need to upgrade or change your existing plan if you want to use your old number. You could PAC out the old nber to another network (pay go) and once complete, PAC back in to the new ID Mobile account.
