Hi, I’m moving abroad (to the EU) and won’t have a UK address, but I would like to keep my iD mobile phone number. I’m currently on a monthly rolling plan. Could you please confirm whether my phone number will remain live even if I live abroad and don’t return to the UK? I would continue paying for the monthly plan, but I’m considering downgrading to a lower-priced plan.

As long as your bill is paid and your services remain active, you’ll be able to keep both your mobile number and your plan. If you’ll be using a local bank while abroad, we recommend making manual payments through the iD Mobile app, as the payment line may not work and direct debit may not be available in the country you’re in.
