I want to move to ID Mobile from EE, contract ends on 29th December, i would want to switch my number over, can i buy a new contract with ID Mobile now and set a switch date of the 29/12/2024 or do i need to wait closed to the end of december before coming on board.

You’ll be able to transfer a number whenever you wish to, however note that your PAC code would only last a month, therefore might be worth requesting the PAC a bit closer to when you actually want it to transfer over.

No worries, please also note that if you do order now the contract would be live upon dispatch, it might be best doing everything around/close to the time you want it to happen.
