Moving to ID Mobile and transfering my number


Hi, Iam trying to switch from BT/EE to ID mobile and keep my number. I entered the PAC code, transaction number and ID mobile number that was provided when I signed up to the contract, but it says there is a problem with the details I entered. Please can you help?  Thanks

Have you contracted iD customer service about this, @Mr Paul

Forum members like us cannot see iD customer accounts for privacy and security reasons.

The iD customer advisers work online until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

I have exactly the same problem but there is only bot chat and no live chat available? Getting well frustrated

Just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person”, @Inga Zalisauska
