We’re sorry to hear about the crack on your screen. If you’re within the first 14/30-day returns period depending where you purchased the phone from, then you’d be entitled to a free return or exchange if you like.

If you’re outside the returns window, then you’d likely have a 1-2 year warranty with us depending on your device. Therefore, we’d recommend taking your phone to any Currys store to have it looked into and a possible free repair.
