My wife and myself ported to ID at the weekend,  my wife can receive calls but texts are going to her old phone.....help please😊

    Hi @Kenny Auld 

     

    Is your Wife previously on an iPhone?

     

    They may need to turn off iMessage on it.

    No she was Android before on Vodafone

    Okay, have they tried turning off RCS Messaging/Chat Features on the old device?
