I had O2 phone and switched to ID and keeper my old number.All switch  was done , I received an email but my sim is not working.Why? And what I need to do?

Your O2 sim will have disconnected. You need to be using the iD SIM.

Have you made sure to remove the O2 SIM card and insert only the iD Mobile SIM?
