Hello I tried starting a new contract with you guys earlier on today but my order has been cancelled and got a list of loads of different possible reasons if possible would I be able to find out why

If it was the credit check then no iD will not reveal the reason as they state that decision is made by Equifax. One thing that stops some is not being a UK resident for 3 years.

I’m assuming you tried to get a 12 or 24 month contract? You could always take a SIM only deal, give it 6 months and upgrade to a phone and SIM deal then. You might just find the credit check for a SIM only passes and if this is still the case iD don’t do another credit check for upgrades😉

The only caveat is if you bring your phone with you it may not work in non 3G areas. Oh and if it’s an old phone this might stop if from working correctly on iD too.

Unfortunately there wouldn’t be much specific information we can give, only the yes or no, the email should let you know if this is for example a credit check failure.
