I want change account name and payment card

Hey there @Ya Wang, thank you for reaching out.

 

How can I change my Direct Debit payment date?

Simply log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account and do the following:

  1. Go to ‘Billing’. On the ‘Manage my Direct Debit’ panel, click ‘Manage my details’ and then you should be able to change the card from there. Or, go to make the payment, and change your card there.

In terms of the name, you’re unable to change the full name on the account I’m afraid, unless you’ve changed your surname due to marriage for example, or full name via deed-poll and have proof of this. You cannot change the name on the account to someone else however. If you need to change your full name as you’ve changed your own, or you’ve changed your surname, please contact us via our live-chat:

Hey there @Julie Whitehouse, if you can work out the date you purchased the contract on, and if it’s a 1-month, 12-month or 24-month plan, then you should be able to work out the contract end date.
