Hello, I would like to get a new phone, the upgrade ends on January 6th, can I get it a few days earlier?

    Unfortunately you won’t be able to upgrade early as the date that you see is the earliest upgrade date.

    When you say the upgrade ends 6 January, do you mean the minimum term of your 12 or 24 month contract ends?

     

    If your contract is 12 months in total then when you reach 10 months you are entitled to an upgrade, the same with a 24 month contract, at 22 months you can upgrade.

     

    When its time to upgrade you will see an upgrade now showing on your account. Only when you see this can you upgrade, not before.
