My phone says can’t make calls due to spend cap but I’ve got unlimited calls, also more often than not when I try to make calls I’ve no service but other people on different networks have no problem, this is no good for me as I am disabled and could need the phone in an emergency

What are the numbers you’re trying to call please, are they premium numbers?
