Last time i was in the US my roaming / 4g didn’t work? - im back there next week do i need to change something on my phone so it works?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on the community.
We are very sorry to hear you experienced issues with roaming whilst in the US.
Information on roaming and charges can be found here
You will need to ensure roaming is activated via your iD Mobile app at least 24 hours prior to leaving the UK.
Also, if you have a spend cap on the account, if it is set to £0, you will need to increase this in order to be able to use the service whilst in the US.
