My Bill is higher than it should be

I have just received my email through to advise my current bill is £48.36.   I appreciate there is an increase CPI each April but according to the calculator my bill should be £42.75 up from £39.99.  I have not used any additional allowances or changed my direct debit date so why is there an increase of around £6 extra for this month.  My wife has an ID mobile account and her’s is the same.

Okay, perhaps one of the web chat customer advisers can help explain the latest bill, @CraigNi.

Have you looked at itemised sections the PDF copy of the £48.36 bill, @CraigNi

Perhaps this bill includes some out-of-plan use.

Hi @CraigNi

Have you changed your billing date recently?
