my current sim wont accept e-sim….need a replacement SIM

Just ordered a second number, chose e-sim option, but my current Sim is saying it wont accept am e-sim. So need my current sim replaced with a compatible one, how do i?

I went to curry’s and got SIM switched (for free) to one that is e-sim compatible. All resolved.
