my data is running out rapidly

My data suddenly started running. I’ve been with id for over 3 years and have a 50gb plan. I usually average out 15gbs used, and that’s when I used to drive uber. However now I don’t do uber and don’t use my data. And in a matter of minutes my data ran. I’ve turned off my background data refresh thing and how much my apps use it. Still it runs too quick. 
help.

    Could you please let us know if you're using your phone as a personal hotspot for anyone in your household?

    Also, are any devices such as a Smart TV, games console, tablet, or other smart home devices connected to your phone's mobile data? This will help us better understand your data usage.
