my details do not match records

Hi, I have two ID mobile accounts. The first one I purchased is recognised in the app. However, the second account is not recognised, and I constantly get the "Sorry your details do not match our records" error message . I have checked the information that I have inputted many times. However, keep getting the same error message. I have looked at the chat forum and can see others have had this same problem. However, I cannot seem to resolve this issue. Please can any one help or advise? Thanks.
