My direct debit change is not showing after 10 days with bank

I changed my direct debit to another bank (Monzo) and it is yet to appear at that end. 

I understand some banks don't have the DD visible until a payment is made but that is not the case with Monzo. My other DDs changed on the same day also appear without having made a payment yet. 

The Monzo help page suggests if I don't see it after 7 days to contact ID and ask when they are sending the details. It's now been 10 days. 

I'm assuming this will be a live chat with someone during open hours problem? But wondering if anyone else has had problems moving their direct debit manually?

It is showing as the new bank details in my payment section of the ID app.

Just a follow up for anyone interested in the future.

LiveChat advised that, despite having changed my bank details at the beginning of month as soon as my last bill was paid, they will not be sending the details to the bank until my.next bill is generated (on the 21st). 

All in with the suggestions given it will take me approximately 30 days to have this DD changed with no way to speed up the process. Apologies for any inconvenience caused... etc etc 🙃

The quickest option have this checked would be to speak to the Live Chat team here

If the details are showing correct on the app, this would suggest that the change of details has been completed but it would be worth double checking.
