I changed my direct debit to another bank (Monzo) and it is yet to appear at that end.
I understand some banks don't have the DD visible until a payment is made but that is not the case with Monzo. My other DDs changed on the same day also appear without having made a payment yet.
The Monzo help page suggests if I don't see it after 7 days to contact ID and ask when they are sending the details. It's now been 10 days.
I'm assuming this will be a live chat with someone during open hours problem? But wondering if anyone else has had problems moving their direct debit manually?
It is showing as the new bank details in my payment section of the ID app.
