She recently put the phone in a new case, so it’s possible some buttons got pressed accidentally. We tried a hard restart, but that led to a screen that looks like a DOS interface with 'SS RDX' at the top and a lot of unfamiliar text. Does anyone know what's going on or how to resolve this issue?
My girlfriend's Samsung Galaxy S10+ suddenly displayed a black screen with yellow text saying 'SELECTED SD CARD BY YOUR KEY INPUT,' and now it's stuck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I’m unsure why this would come up, it may be best to contact Samsung directly about this.
