MY HUSBAND’S PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN GIVEN AWAY

Hello,

ID mobile have given my Husband’s mobile number away and now someone has hacked into his online banking accounts. 
 

I need to discuss this with someone asap as he currently can’t use his phone!

 

Please can you advise who can help with this?!

What do you mean by ‘ID mobile have given my Husband’s mobile number away’? Was he moving to/away from iD Mobile? Did he have a PAC code to swap provider?
Until this matter is sorted, can your husband go online (via a computer) and change his passwords for all sensitive sites until you can get this sorted?
I’m not sure if someone else having the phone number is the problem as the transfer wouldn’t include data like bank account details, passwords etc.
This sounds like 2 different problems or your husbands number/phone has been cloned.
You need to contact his bank ASAP to ensure that they are aware of this!

My phone number has been hacked. I can no longer use my phone. This is a real mess. I can’t speak to anyone and I’m going round in circles. Any advise?
