I lost my phone and my partner got it locked I have got a new SIM at Curry's and it was activated but I'm not getting any calls or able to make any calls outside it is saying id not connected

Hey there @Elizabeth Mclachlan, if the phone was previously locked, then the phone would then need to be unlocked.

 

Have you contacted our customer services to un-blacklist the phone?

You probably need to check that your iD account hasn’t been blocked, @Elizabeth Mclachlan

You’ll need to contact iD support to check your iD account. Members of this forum can’t look at customer accounts.

My partner has tried contacting them but it keeps saying to go to community hub
