My internet is not connecting and is taking a long time to load.


I have updated my phone to the latest software as I noticed it has been running slowly. I have recently restarted network settings and turned the aeroplane mode off and on. Why is the internet not working?

Is this just with mobile data, or with WiFi too?

 

If you can provide us with a postcode, we can check for maintenance in your area if you like?

This is with my mobile data and I don’t have a strong connection when I sign onto my home wifi. It’s been like this for a few days, I’ve also turned the aeroplane mode on and off, it seems to work straight after for a couple of minutes (4G) then looses connection again.
