My network is crap csnt get network at home or even at work definitely leave ID after my contract ends I've left my other network for same reason paying for something cant even use

Scammers have likely taken out a plan with Tesco Mobile using the details you’ve freely given them. You’ll likely receive a new mobile phone from Tesco Mobile at some point, and the scammers will likely be back in contact with you, pretending to be from iD Mobile or Tesco Mobile, with an address for you to return the new, unwanted phone. By sending the phone back to that address, the scammer gains possession of it.

I've been on to my bank and there said try and contract them I've rang thr  number back and it just go straight to voice mail wait on them getting back to me thsnk you it sound like id company even sent me email with pin code to enter every thing

Why have you posted the above verification code on here? The whole world can see it, including whoever is scamming you! It tells you not to share it, and yet you share it anyway??

Please be careful, you screenshotted and posted an image of a verification code, that said next to it not to share it anywhere.

 

No, we would not move you to Tesco Mobile ourselves, we only deal with and operate our own network, iD Mobile.

You can call our iD Mobile Payment Line on 0333 003 7777

You'll be asked for your mobile number so please enter: [INSERT NUMBER HERE]

Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing

Select Option 2 again for Making a payment

Your current balance is [INSERT BALANCE HERE]

You'll hear a message of the current balance and if this is correct, press Option 1 to pay this balance. 

If the balance is incorrect, please ignore the amount you hear and press Option 2 to pay a different amount.

Enter the amount in Pence followed by # to make the payment for this amount.

For example - £10.50 you'd enter 1050 followed by #

You'll hear the amount entered and press 1 to confirm.

Then proceed to make the payment.
