My next bill payment shows a 3x more than my regilar one?


I've just check my bill for next month and it has leap to £31.**, however, I can't see why?

Hi @RogerP1. Have you changed your direct debit date recently? If so, this may be the reason as you will have a longer billing period than usual. More information on that can be found via the link below:

Hi Lauren, no I haven't changed my DD date. The last communication I had from iD Mobile was a email in February to say that my contract was do to end, but I would still be charged £10 pcm out of contract.
