my number appears invalid to some callers

I transferred to iD recently and have had nothing but problems. The porting took more than a week and I am now realising that there are more issues because when some people call me they get an ‘invalid number’ message. I’m so fed up - have never experienced an issue when switching between providers. Please help

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when people attempt to contact you. 

Can you please confirm if this happens when the caller is on a particular network or if there are any trends?

 

Also, are you having any issues when you attempt to make a call?
