I arranged to port my old from Tesco mobile to ID on the 17/12/24. I only recieved my new phone via ID mobile on the 14/12/24 and therefore haven’t been able to make calls at all whilst waiting for the port to happen. I have turned my phone off and on and this hasn’t helped either. Tesco have now deactivated my old number so I’m guessing the issue is with id
please help !!!!
